Shipping policy

All ready to ship orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free UK shipping on all orders.


Local Delivery

If you live within 10/15 minutes of PO13 9NU, I will hand deliver your package to save it going to the sorting office in Southampton and back. If you are not happy with me doing this please let me know and I will post your item.

In-store pickup

We do not currently offer local pick-up.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping on ready to ship items via this website. We only offer International shipping on bespoke orders and the options and timescales will be discussed and agreed with the customer before any work is commenced. There will be a separate commissions contract to sign which details shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you want to check the current status, hit the chat button on the bottom right and click 'Track my order'.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at notlostjewellery@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return and must pick a suitable returns service which offers enough compensation to cover the item should it go missing.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at notlostjewellery@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
